MR. AI · ENTERPRISE TRAINING

Learn AI through the work your team already does.

Training runs through deployment, daily work, application use, and ongoing expansion. FDEs help your team get started while leaving behind practical ways to judge, verify, and improve the work.

04

Next Opportunities Identified

Find everyday work worth improving further or turning into repeatable automation.

What the first stage covers: platform and Work essentials, an introduction to AI apps, and practical working methods. Knowledge, rules, and automation continue to mature through real use.

TRAINING DOESN'T END WITH DEPLOYMENT

After the FDE steps back, learning continues.

Employees keep using Work and the five AI apps, while the business expands automation where it helps. As experience and knowledge accumulate, teams become more capable and rely less on hands-on support.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Training is adapted to the work, people, materials, and systems already inside your business.

01Can we start without a clearly defined AI use case?
Yes. An FDE first learns how your business currently works, what information is available, and what you want to improve. Employees can begin with the work already in front of them instead of designing a separate AI project.
02Do we need to schedule a large separate training program?
No. The necessary principles, Work guidance, and AI app practice are built into deployment and real use. Your team does not need to complete a long theory course before getting started.
03Does foundational training cost extra?
Foundational guidance for deployment, Work, and AI apps is included in the annual service. Topic-specific courses, large-group workshops, or additional on-site training are scoped and confirmed separately before they begin.
04What if employees have no AI experience?
Basic use does not require programming. Anyone comfortable with everyday office software can learn Work and the five AI apps. An FDE guides the more advanced parts involving process design, automation, or system integration.
05Who needs to take part? Does everyone attend every session?
No. Leaders join goal-setting and acceptance, business specialists provide rules and examples, internal owners focus on operations and ongoing improvement, and general users join only the parts relevant to their work. One person may hold several roles in a smaller company.
06What exactly will the team learn?
The training starts with everyday use: how to ask, verify evidence, and confirm actions in Work, then how to use automation, website, image, video, and document tools. Repeatable work can later be shaped into automations with clear triggers, checks, and improvement steps.
07Can we train with our own business materials?
Yes. Real business work is the best training material. Before practice begins, the team confirms access scope, permissions, and any masking requirements, then uses representative tasks, rules, examples, or historical material.
08How long does the first deployment and practice stage take?
There is no fixed duration. Timing depends on business complexity, material readiness, system conditions, and participant availability. After the first discussion, the FDE proposes an implementation plan suited to the business.
09Can we continue learning and expanding after deployment?
Yes. Employees can keep using Work and the five AI apps, while the business adds knowledge, improves rules, and tries new automations. FDE guidance remains available online, with on-site support considered when an issue cannot be handled remotely.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

01Can I apply without prior AI experience?
Yes. Selection focuses more on how you learn, reason, and solve problems than on whether you already know how to code or use every AI tool.
02How is this different from a typical AI course?
The goal is not simply to learn a few tools. You build the ability to bring Mr. AI Work, apps, and automation into a real company, then demonstrate that ability through certification and a practical assessment.
03Does applying guarantee a place in the program?
No. The program selects candidates for real positions. A case exercise and conversation come before an invitation to continue.
04Does passing the program lead directly to employment?
Candidates who meet the certification and practical assessment requirements agreed in advance can join Mr. AI under the written employment conditions, without another competitive hiring round.
05How is compensation structured after joining?
Once formally employed, an FDE's compensation combines a fixed base salary with project-based participation. The exact role, compensation structure, and employment conditions are explained in writing before training begins.
06When are the training arrangements explained?
After the initial selection, the team explains the training format, assessment standard, role direction, and relevant conditions. Both sides decide whether to continue only after these are clear.
07Where could I work in the future?
Work may include offices in different regions, remote collaboration, and customer sites, depending on Mr. AI's global business and project needs. The written employment and project arrangements provide the final details.
08Which countries and regions can apply?
The program is open to global talent. Candidates must meet the legal work requirements of the hiring location. Where cross-border permission is involved, the team first evaluates feasibility.
